Significant achievement included adding a new basin to producing basin category. New initiatives included making suitable structural and process level changes resulting in improving efficiency in operations and adding value through capability building.

Responsible for managing Exploration portfolio of Mumbai offshore basin.

As Exploration Manager, was responsible for exploration performance of Bengal ,Purnea and Mahanadi Basins.

As Exploration Block Manager managed performance of teams engaged in exploration activities of Cauvery basin, Assam Shelf and Cambay basin.

As the project leader was responsible for hydrocarbon exploration through prospects identification for drillable locations
