Responsibilities Handled: • Handling Train operations, fault rectification on main line & station management by implementing traffic orders from OCC to facilitate the safe execution of work affecting train operation. • Responsible for train supervision, regulation, incident handling, revenue services, customer satisfaction services & emergency management in Train Operation & Stations. • Responsible for up keeping of all operation related records & SOPs as per Traffic orders. • Responsible for planning of traffic roster & time table of main line trains for revenue services. • Thorough knowledge of the general rules with principles & practices of traffic technology as applied to Train Operations and safety. • Providing power blocks for maintenance of all equipments & system by considering all safety measures. • Handling station management & train operations in both administrative & technical aspects. • Responsible to impart training to newcomers about system & working.
