Independently handling day-to-day accounting & scrutiny and passing of bills of suppliers.Responsible for maintenance books of accounts of Company.Record an analyze information about Digital Signature Certificate matters i.e. request generate, download the certificate, uses of DSCs & register of Discs in MCA Website.Overall financial management including coordinating the banking activities. Filing of annual returns.Make Search Reports, make provisional DIN Form, find CIN, and verify Company Master Data other ROC matters and independently e-Filling all of the returns/ e-Forms of Registrar of Companies.
