-Lead approx. 730 technically qualified specialist in Jammu & Kashmir, India, spread across complete valley in heights of insurgency. -Provided technical and administrative support to warlike equipment held by various units deployed in Jammu & Kashmir.

-Managed administrative and human resource related issues of a manufacturing related industrial defence establishment having approx. 900 civil staff. -Managed a School where brought many management, infrastructural and accreditation related changes.-Brought many process improvement in the Canteen Store Department (CSD), turnover of the store was improved from approx. INR 2.3 million to 12.0 million, almost 520%, within 24 months.

- As head of an establishment having more than 250 technical specialists, provided complete engineering support to all Assam Rifles troops located in Assam, part Arunachal, part Manipur and part Meghalaya in North East (NE) region of India-Managed a Tea-Garden (on approx. 38 acres of land). Revamped the management and instituted sales mechanism based on regional auction centre index instead of daily sale proceeds-Managed a CBSE accredited school for almost three years. Added 11th and 12th Classes obtained approval of CBSE, New Delhi. The school’s student strength increased from approx. 320 to approx. 720. Restructured financial model where teaching & non-teaching staff’s remuneration increased significantly. The school became one of the best schools in the region.
