• Setting up of financial and business processes for new limited business.• Heads the account department related to banking (international), salestax (GST) and income tax, PF and compliance.• Building new supplier network to unlock cost savings for the businesswhich delivered a materials cost reduction.• Meeting with potential vendors to understand company's objectivesand provide quotations .• Responsible for all facets of the finance function with emphasis on cash flow and management accounts.• Human Resource management and processing of payroll/pensions and helps in implementing company's policies and make sure that social compliance is taken care of.

• Responsible for all facets of the finance function including banking, payroll and tax (GST & Income tax),TDS (Delhi Vat & U.P), VAT, Returns, Forms, Assessment).• Cash flow management and forecasting for the business, conduction of social audit & Human resource management.• Weekly reporting and day to day management of ageddebtors/creditors.• Posting of accruals/prepayments and reporting of monthly expenditureto marketing teams to ensure they are working within budget.

• ESIC, Factory Act, Wages, salary, EPF,EL/CL Returns, Challan and assessment.• Regular control and preparation of MSOD, L/Cs etc.• Tally accounting Software (inventory management, stock management,invoicing, purchase order management, discounting, stock valuationmethodology, etc. )• Ledger cash book, Day book preparation of voucher of bankreconciliation & all type of bank work.
