Quality Engineer
CurrentIn-process quality responsibilities:-o In-Process quality work flow implementation and monitoring.o Aligning Defect criteria at site as per customer requirement & appearance limit samples, color limit samples.o Internal IPQA auditor.o Closely monitoring CTQ's in the product & process, SPC, Ongoing product reliability testing for running production. Timely engagement with team for performance review and improvement. o Monitoring In-coming and Out-going quality control process and testing.o Responsible to make and maintaining control plan.o Ensuring the corrective actions & preventive action taken at plant level are in place and complying, and motoring the effectiveness. NPI (New Project) responsibilities: -o On-site support to customer FATP situated in Vietnam & China for New Product Qualification and supporting for control run. o Validating appearance and color limit samples are as per customer standard or not.o Supporting internal molding tool trial, Tool qualification, Risk build and monitoring compliance of Defect, Dimension, Reliability test as per customer voice.o Analyze the Dimension, ORT testing data to check the process behavior.o Responsible to plan and monitor QE related activity for successful execution of QE process and Laboratory readiness.o Ensuring the stage wise process & product qualification for new projects.o Handling customer complaint and driving projects to deal with the issues highlighted by customer.
