Marksure is an amazing convergence of design, security & print expertise. The Marksure Document is tamper proof and counterfeit proof, and can be used for mark sheets, degrees, diplomas, certificates etc. The entire process is transparent, predictable, technology driven, secure, efficient, accurate and convenient.2016. One of my clients, a large University, was facing a painful problem - tampered and fake degrees. No real solution existed, so I did what came to me naturally - solve the problem myself.2018. The Marksure Document is ready. We've seen early traction and the response has been encouraging. In the medium to long term, I see Marksure becoming the defacto standard of authenticity and genuineness of an estimated 40 million marksheets, degrees and certificates issued in the country.

unSchool is a natural corollary of our work at Life Express. It's a space where children learn because they want to learn, and not because they have to. We follow the Cambridge curriculum and currently have 20 children from Nursery to Class 5. Classes at unSchool are discussion based, and I love discussing Science, Computers, Literature and Drama with my students.

2009. My children's school Principal asked us a question - “What is it that you do with your kids that they are so different?” Thus began a series of parenting seminars for the entire school, and for almost every school in the city. We realised that the city needs a parenting support system, and hence was born Life Express, an after school centre where students of all ages could connect with their inner creative and expressive core. Today, we put up one of the largest independent contingents of students for Speech and Drama, Communication Skills, Music Theory and Music Performance assessments by Trinity College London.

JMC offers print design solutions on turn-key basis.Year 2000. Dehradun became the capital of the newly carved state of Uttarakhand and the entire media scene exploded with government's huge advertising budgets. We at The Doon City Chronicle had to decide - sell out and survive, or perish. We chose the latter, and almost seamlessly, print design became my full-time profession. Over the next few years 'Jay M Creatives' built an enviable list of clients, some of whom have been with me ever since.

A bright and positive city magazine for the 'then' quaint town of Dehradun. Ran successfully for a good seven years, and just might get resurrected one day.1994. Dehradun - still a small town, better known as a town of ‘grey heads and green hedges’. I had come back from a short stint as (almost a celebrity) Chef from Delhi and was looking for a challenge. A chance meeting with an old acquaintance, and a few meetings later, we started Dehradun’s first ‘city magazine’. I wanted to design the magazine, but was also handed the additional responsibility of space-selling and production. On a very long and frustrating sales call, after making me wait for a few hours, the client said that he could not give me an advert because they didn't have a design. I promptly offered to make one. And this was the beginning of my journey as a copy writer, art director, client servicing exec....
