****Captive Power Plant - TAN Project Gopalpur, Odisha****

Currently serving as an Area Manager overseeing STG, Coal Handling Plant, Ash Handling Plant, EOT, DCS, Transformer packages, and Balance of Plant packages within the CPP area for the TAN Gopalpur Project.

Responsibilities entail facilitating coordination between EPCM and internal technical teams, providing progress reports to upper management committees across engineering, procurement, and construction work packages, resolving technical issues, devising lookahead plans, and managing resources effectively.

Additionally, functioning as an Associate Project Engineer collaborating with the Mechanical Lead to review documents such as DB, RFQ, TBA, layouts, and GAD for comprehensive project execution.

****1500MTPD Ammonia Project / PCL Project****
1) Witnessed MRT and performance guarantee test of raw water and oily water transfer pump in vendors shop.
2) Completed IBR certification of already procured pipes that came with project package, in coordination with IBR certification vendor.
3) Expedition and completion of raw water tank on site.
4) Expedition, follow-up with vendor for timely execution of AUX boiler and HRSG in coordination with vendor.
5) Execution and completion of 840m, 12-inch NG GAS pipeline in coordination with GAIL with the help of HDD machine.
6) Floating Enquiry Document, Review of Technical Offer from Vendors for CO2 Vent Silencer, preparation of TBE and Internal cost estimation sheet.

**** Technical Ammonium Nitrate Project (TAN)****
1) Studied PFD, PID, Piping Design Basis and PMS from BEC.
2) Reviewing MDS with respect to PDS and PID for Tank and pressure vessels.
3) Verifying thickness of tanks as per API 650 and vessels as per ASME section-VIII division-I.
4) Commenting on MDS if any mismatch and getting it corrected from DEC.
5) Comparing already procured equipment drawing with P&ID and getting P&ID corrected from DEC.
6) Maintaining on time status of procured and non-procured equipment (Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Pumps, Heat Exchangers) for TAN project with technical data like pressure, temperature etc., enquiry status, TBA status, tonnage etc.
7) Preparation of SAP code for procurement of equipment and raising PR in SAP.
8) Release of PR and Keeping track of it for PO (Purchase Order).

**** PCL-K1 Ammonia Integration Project ****
1) Review of Engineering Drawing (PID, Piping Payout and Piping Isometric)
2) Raising PR in SAP (S4-HANA), Visual & Dimensional Check of materials
3) Project Execution with approved execution philosophy
4) Project Execution under Plant's "Permit to Work" system
5) Project progress control and monitoring
