This success was illustrated when I was asked to replicate these trackers for the UK Impulse and Cash and Carry channels.Led in the design of a project management spreadsheet which tracks projects from start to finish as well as implementing a formulated gant chart.Created tracker tools which highlight location of Ferrero permanent units and flags when units are removed. This resulted in units being relocated and saving Ferrero over £100 per unit.Analysed the success and effectiveness of promotional campaigns utilising FSDUs and larger displays (WOWs).Supported in the creation of sales aids.Created event reviews to provide insights and analytics on how the field team performed vs last year. Insights have contributed towards improving efficiencies and effectiveness for Ferreros Christmas plans.Created a store ranking which provided insights into the top contributors towards Ferreros orders. Findings allowed National Field managers to better utilise field teams, increasing ROI by investing more resources into store with more demand in Ferrero products.

Successfully created and implemented heavily formulated spreadsheets to speed up the conversion of data dumps to usable data.Creating P&L’s with data pulled from Oracle for multiple departments in EMEA region. Converting raw data into clean data through the use spreadsheets with advanced formulae to pull and auto-calculate the information into usable data. Used technical writing skills to produce presentations for the data for those not well versed in finance and general excel interpretation.Budgeted for FYE 19, using information from Oracle and loading new information onto Oracle. This included accounting for Depreciation of all assets in the EMEA region as well as budgeting for the yearly headcount.Producing monthly accruals for expenditure, and producing forecasts based on this information.Utilising VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables, MATCH, IF, SUMIF, IFERROR etc. to clean data and produce a more understandable document of data.Producing monthly accounts reconciliation to identify discrepancies between booked revenue and recognised revenue, and further investigating these issues through ad hoc analysis.

Assisted in the pricing strategy for a fertility product which will help increase the list price of the product by 5% without loss of volume.Developed a manual rebate form for a new neurology product which will be used by trusts in Wales. Utilized automating functions in excel to reduce admin burden (VLOOKUP, IF, DATEIF, SUMIF).Assisted with creating and implementing a pricing strategy for a current neurology product by leading the analysis of past figures and forecasting the NSP and ASP. Modelled multiple scenarios which were presented to the global team and aided in their decision making.Lead in the creation of a new electronic pricing proposal system which is now used throughout the UK and Ireland, facilitating the transition of paper based proposals to electronic proposals. Created the user manual and trained others in how to use it.
