Maintained sales with existing customers, as well as, increasing business development with new and existing accounts based on proper forecasting and application engineering. Participated in RFP, RFI, & RFQ with new and existing customers ($5K-$2MM per year). Managed all activities for the gearbox product for John Deere, one of the company's largest customers. Enhanced personal relationships by traveling to and, speaking with, all levels of the customer organization on an ongoing basis. Ensured excellent customer satisfaction by quickly resolving issues that led to increased customer satisfaction, new orders, and sales. Grew international sales by over 50%. Created account overviews including forecasting of 10-12 different customers based on past/present sales activity. Assisted in the customization of new processes to speed up the delivery phase of a sale.

Reported directly to the Executive Vice President. Managed specific customers, day-to-day, and increased sales by understanding requirements and creating the highest customer satisfaction possible. Designed applications and, created proposals to sell those applications, within assigned accounts in a designated territory using control valve systems for liquid and natural gas conditions. Interacted closely with customers, distributors, and company management in person, on the phone, by e-mail, and conference calls. Provided proposals on projects for a wide variety of customers with revenue ranging from $50K-$3MM. Traveled 30% of the time in an assigned territory of 34 states and Canada to increase sales from $12MM per year to $20MM per year.
