The Role: Key ResponsibilitiesProvide assistance to the Senior Engineers in defining the technical requirements and in the performance of engineering for the assigned works. Participate in site surveys of existing facilities to establish and identify the actual requirements. Plan, develop, coordinate, and manage electrical engineering issues for construction activities of the project.Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.Provide technical support, including participation in planning and design, interpretation of design, project reviews, etc, including coordinating of other services. Assist project controls in assembly of work packages and provisions of engineering documents. Prepare specifications for procurement of project materials and equipments.Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements. Review the update technical drawings for the installations and ensure conformity of the as-built status with the design and technical requirements.

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer my duties were to attend the preventive as well as breakdown maintenance related to electrical machines controlling and power wiring of ac drives in factory plant, Analysis of machinery status & efficiency for inventory control. Day to day maintenance activities related to control systems and instrumentation in the adhesives making plant and also he was responsible to commission electrical equipment’s along with panel wiring and interior field wiring.

Acted as Construction Inspector at a construction/fabrication site,ensuring job completion per design, plan and specifications for the installation of new water heater design with forced circulation using Electric motor pump.I finished with my research project on Latent Heat Storage System using Bitumen as phase changing material in solar thermal storage system. [I am glad to tell you personally that I am the first person ever to try with bitumen for energy storage in solar system and this work was appreciated by my faculty members] (M.Tech)

At M.R.P.L Complete theoretical analysis was carried out on Evaporation Losses from low pressure tanks using API standards by collaborating with head engineers, project engineers and consultants. Detail Study was made on Refinery Captive Power Plant and Petrochemical Processing.
