I am very transparent. In 2019 I rented out my condo in Chicago and gave away all my material possessions to test being a minimalist, nomad. I enjoy this lifestyle and currently spend most of my time in Miami. Looking back on the past 10 years I have learned a ton including simple lessons that may be obvious to others. Hire the best people; invest in a strong culture; create a plan and vision while understanding it will change. Always be grateful and positive.
