As an aspiring engineer, my fascination with Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning subject during my studies sparked my interest in MEP. After completing my b-tech, I pursued a diploma in MEP at Adapts Engineers Private Limited, where I gained comprehensive knowledge sustainable design, HVAC, and Building Control Systems. Achieving excellent marks of above 90% in the NACTET-accredited examination proved my hard work and dedication.My outstanding performance landed me a job as an HVAC Design Engineer at Electro vision Industries, where I honed my skills on a wide range of commercial buildings, such as churches, hospitals, hotels, auditoriums, houses, and supermarkets. Taking on sales responsibilities for air conditioners improved my client-facing skills. In just one year, I was promoted to HVAC Project Engineer, managing projects with a cost range of 50K to 50M and overseeing all aspects of HVAC systems design, installation, and maintenance.As a highly skilled individual, I was offered an exciting opportunity to join Adapts Engineers (Consultants) as an Assistant Project Manager. In this role, I successfully managed a diverse group of stakeholders, including engineers, clients, contractors, and sub-contractors, consistently delivering MEP projects on-time and within budget. I gained valuable experience in conducting risk assessments, which allowed me to identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring successful outcomes for our clients.This role triggered my desire to develop business management skills, leading me to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration. Working collaboratively with groups improved my leadership skills, essential in managing people and projects effectively.
