Brought on in an interim basis to recruit for a number of internal sales and technical vacancies• Management of stakeholder relationships.• Management of third party suppliers – agencies, job boards etc.• Advertising internal vacancies on job boards – managing response effectively.• Proactive searching for suitable candidates in accordance with strict guidelines.• Conducting interviews alongside hiring managers. • Diary management.• Managing the recruitment process through to offer stage and implementing effective recruitment solutions.

Recruited to work along side the transition team to ensure all high volume campaigns run in line with SLA’s • Dealing with volume recruitment for positions that generate more then 100 applications in a heavily unionised complex public company.• Responsibility for building relationships with stakeholders and liaising with third party agencies on behalf of TFL.• Reasonable Adjustment specialist;o Design and implementation of process to ensure candidates with disabilities are assessed within SLA timeframes.o Organising and chairing planning meetings with account managers and lead assessor to ensure delivery within SLA.o Identified and developed stakeholder relationships with the dyslexia specialist for London Underground and business managers etc. • Responsibility for on-boarding internal and external candidates;o Liaising with occupational health to organise medical appointments for promotional transfers.o Organising documentation for referencing and CRB checks before providing to third party referencing agency.• Liaising with the transition team to assist with process design and implementation, database and integrity.• Responsibility for coordinating assessment centre. • Taking ownership of campaigns/ account management reducing time to hire.• Deputy management of a team of 4 consultants.• Generating positive relationships with internal and external customers.• Recognition of customer service by management and directors.
