Role’s key deliverables and Principal Accountabilities -• Overall in-charge of engineering project management that includes planning, estimation & scheduling.• Prepare and implement project execution plan, review the project plot along with project planners, and assist in the preparation of subcontracting packages to external contractors. • Coordinates with other in-house engineering disciplines, and liaise with the project management team, owners, statutory and classification authorities and sub-contractors.• Plans and distributes design work to respective design engineers, and monitor target dates to achieve required project schedule.• Ensure all procedures, drawings and calculations are submitted to the client for review/approval, and necessary follow up.• Coordinate with the project procurement coordinators to ensure that the material is delivered with right certificate documentation. • Liaison with vendors and classification societies for clarification and acceptance. • Assists services, purchasing and subcontracting department for the definition of sub-contractors scope of work, technical evaluation of materials, man-hours, CO’s, etc.• Onsite management of all construction, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, quality control, and assurance activities. • Understanding client requirements and communicating with the team of project engineers.• Check materials deliveries and follow up to the material coordinator to make sure it will be delivered on time. • Monitoring and controlling on-site progress, ensuring completion according to schedule and budgets.• Supervise Hydro testing, pigging, gauging, drying and purging of gas in pipelines.

Role’s Key deliverables and Principal Accountabilities:• Performs the role of Project Leader as assigned, and is responsible for providing technical expertise in other disciplines (Piping, HAVC, EIT and Structure). • Represents the design department to communicate with clients, classification societies and statutory bodies• Monitor the progress, and highlight the issues to inter-disciplines managers.• Review supplier/subcontractors design deliverables and ensure that all design deliverables comply fully with contract specifications.• Responsible for planning and assigning design work to respective design engineers & draftsmen. • Provides technical support to all the discipline lead engineers and ensures deliverables meet the project schedule.• Attends all technical queries, handles & resolve problems related to respective disciplines.• Identifying and resolving discrepancies/divergences (if any) from original proposal through the technical queries to projects/client.• Responsible for technical aspects to aid procurement of equipment and construction bulk material.• Site survey to assist production teams. Attends VSCC, commissioning and other production meetings to resolve design issues.• Coordinate with production departments and QA/QC controllers for day-to-day progress and execution of work.

Role’s Key deliverables and Principal Accountabilities:• Develop and check engineering piping design, drawings, and design calculations.• Design the Schematic diagrams of vessel’s mechanical and piping systems through calculations.• Accountable for developing & appraising equipment layout drawings, isometric drawings, spool drawings, piping/HVAC arrangement drawings, line list, valve list, model reviews, HAZID, HAZOP studies, and other technical documentation.• Responsible for piping calculations, pump & equipment capacities calculations, selection of material for pipes/fittings and valves, pressure drop calculations, 3D modeling of composite piping routes in various areas of the ship. • Reviews supplier/subcontractors design deliverables and prepare site technical queries (STQs).• Responsible for equipment quotation (RFQs) and Technical bid analysis (TBE).• Prepares all technical information required by the certifying authorities and the production departments to execute activities within the required time and period.• Represents the engineering department in technical meetings/discussions with clients, suppliers, senior management and testing of engineering equipment.• Prepare design change notices (DCN) or design deviations’ technical documentation.• Assist in technical clarifications during commercial claims or negotiations. • Preparation for the commissioning of marine systems as per engineering drawing.

Key deliverables and Principal Accountabilities:• Interfacing Senior Engineer, technicians and Navigational Officers and providing technical support for safe running of the ship.• In charge of firefighting, bunkering operations and personal protective equipment.• Running, maintaining and overhauling of Heavy Oil Purifiers, Air Compressors (2&3 Stage), Wartsila Diesel Generators of 1500 kW capacity and auxiliary boiler of 3200 kg/hr steam capacity.• Independent watch keeper of the Machinery Spaces.• Monitoring Unmanned Machinery Space (UMS) System.• Responsible of entries in engine room log books.
