I was LTE Verification Lead for Baseband Architecture focusing on protocol stack functionality and performance. Highlights of my role here were:- Technical lead and subject matter expert for the team working for in-house test suite development for LTE features (active involvement in coding for these test cases on various test box platforms) including coordination with development groups spanning across multiple geographic locations. This included internal and external reviews planning & execution.- Proficient in log analysis to unearth protocol and RTOS issues during lab, interoperability test , carrier acceptance and field operations. Have identified and help fix issues in all stack layers from NAS to layer 1 in all RATs(radio access technologies) while supporting key customers. This has been one of my significant achievements at Broadcom. Also received spot award for providing exemplary contribution. - I handled Software release integration, testing and bug management at ease- Manage in-house LTE eNode-B deployments of top Tier-1 infrastructure vendors, including coordinating configuration management- Well experienced on LTE (FDD and TDD PHY) and 3GPP specifications, including LTE-A features like Carrier Aggregation, VoLTE and non-LTE features like ET, Coexistence of multiple radios in phone platform. - Multi-year experience with embedded protocol stack implementations - I was key engineer for expertise in different cellular radio access technologies like LTE, HSPA+, UMTS and GSM/GPRS and non 3GPP enhancements like Dual SIM.- Trusted for providing senior management updates for resource requirements (including staffing) and status updates where I worked in close coordination with peer senior managers and directors- Customer training and demos ( including MWC 2012, operators and OEMs like Samsung)- Engineering lab RF drop planning, RF leakage study execution where I played a key role in planning and execution of eNB sector drops throughout the lab
