Purchases and Negotiating with vendors (Vendor management), Evaluating new vendors and Team handling.

Handling and maintaining the Account Receivables and debtors for the entire Eastern-region. Follow-up for the payments and Reconciliation of Statement of Accounts (O/S and Dues) with all the customers. Providing monthly collectables and targets as per contracts to the management for region circle and Locations. Maintaining the records and MIS for the PO consumption

Independently handlling the operational expenses and comleting all other activities for accounting if expences along with vendor payable reconciliations for the eastern region collecting datas from the branches, OPS cost analysis and ratio of profitability statements.Keeping tracks for vendor payments and bill submission in time.Maintaining the daily liability statement for the region with the vendors both locations and vendor type excel sheets.GL Scrutiny – OPS Cost,Generating and booking the provisional for ops expences every month before cloking of books.

Worked as Commercial executive handelling all the cash and bank payments. Tracking vehicle movements and assets and operational purchases and stock maintaing. Cost analysing and preparing analysis charts for cost cost controls.
