I have an MBA in Shipping and Logistics from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, and a BSc in Physics from the University of Calicut.My core competencies include delivering high-quality customer service, optimizing supply chain processes, and multitasking effectively. I have successfully handled multiple projects, ranging from warehousing and distribution to freight forwarding and customs clearance, and developed skills in communication, analytical thinking, and inventory management.
