I began my career in 1996 as a software engineer in the hospital industry, where I developed and implemented computer systems for radiology and pathology labs in Kanpur. As one of the few individuals with expertise in hospital development, I quickly gained a reputation for my skills in this area.In 2001, I began developing software solutions for hospitals and nursing homes throughout Uttar Pradesh. By 2003, my focus had shifted to dental colleges, including Rama Dental College Kanpur and Saraswati Dental College Lucknow.In 2005, I founded Pacex e Systems Pvt Ltd, a technology solutions provider for the education industry. As a franchisee of NIIT Ltd, a leading IT training company, I expanded my company's operations and sales across Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, I embarked on three new business ventures. The first, DiggB, is a marketing and branding firm that assists companies in enhancing their online visibility and engaging with customers digitally. The second venture, MakeCareer Academy, offers online training courses and career development programs to individuals in India, from students to professionals. Prasthambh Ventures Pvt Ltd is a private equity and investment fund investing in innovative companies in diverse industries.With extensive experience in healthcare, education, and technology, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of these industries' unique challenges and opportunities.
