Lead a distributed Software Engineering team of Developers, Testers, and DevOps Engineers across 4 time zones, to deliver ServicePower’s Field Service Management cloud-based SaaS platform for both employed and contracted workforces to OEMs and TPAs.

Built and released the first dedicated government relationship management platform, a cloud-based SaaS product for issues management that can be leveraged by Enterprises, Mid-Market and SMBs. Managed the successful transformation of the initial MVP release to a modern microservices technology stack (Python/nodeJS/Ember), resulting in a 15x growth in revenue. Grew the team by over 100% in span of three years to a team size of over 40 Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers and QA Engineers.

Work for BGOV R&D (Development) Lead in managing the Application team charged with developing a subscription-based desktop application for customers doing business with the US Government or interested in all issues related to the US Government actions. The team consists of 10+ Ruby on Rails developers, and is located in Bloomberg offices in Washington DC.

Manage and lead a team of over 40: including Tech Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Projects Managers. Responsibilities include, managing and leading distributed development teams in building and maintaining AOL's News and Sports channels including: www.AOLNews.com, www.PoliticsDaily.com, Weather.aol.com and www.Fanhouse.com. Also lead and manage a development team that builds AOL's content sites for the UK, Japanese and Canadian market. Additional responsibilities include leading a separate team that is chartered to develop sites for AOL's partners.

Chief of Staff to the Sr. Vice President of AOL's Global Publishing Systems, the technical department at AOL that is responsible for building and delivering technical products/solutions for AOL Media. Responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives that span across the teams that support the multiple Verticals in AOL Media. Currently leading 8 separate teams in the US, India and Ireland in extending the AOL Media brands in the US to markets in Europe, Canada and Asia-Pacific.

The US on-shore representative for AOL's captive Development Center in Bangalore, India. Assisted Businesses and Verticals in the US in transitioning their projects to the US. Worked with key stakeholders in the US in helping evolve the skillsets and abilities of the Indian workforce to take on a more productive role in solving technical issues for the US Businesses.

Evangelized AOL's technology innovation and strategy. Responsible for running AOL's Architecture Council and its ancillary work groups to implement AOL's technology strategy, defining Technology Principles and Best Practices. Partnered with the (now-defunct) AOL Labs to promote information about AOL's innovations.

Managed a wide portfolio of AOL's web projects that were developed in AOL's captive development center in Bangalore, India. Projects in portfolio that were delivered by the AOL Bangalore Development Center (BDC) in the 2 years included launches AOL Video, redesigned Shopping and Travel channels, and a variety of AOL Programming websites. As Program Manager for the BDC, managed relationships across the AOL organization in the US to help the offshore facility in Bangalore meet their commitments. Helped manage the offshore organization rapidly ramp from a strength of 50 to 350 over the course of two years, and to successfully deliver products for AOL's web strategy as the organization grew in strength and capabilities.

Was the lead project manager for AOL's Welcome Experience, which at the time was the most trafficked home page on the Internet. Job responsibilities included juggling multiple requests from disparate business units, to craft a plan and deliver experiences that met the most critical needs. Was also the lead project manager for multiple proprietary publishing systems developed at AOL to serve the needs for AOLTV, Money and Finance, Shopping and general Web Publishing. In 2004 served as the Manager tasked to work with the executive to scope out the plan for publishing systems in 2005.

Was responsible for P&L for a large environmental contract with the US EPA. Projects managed under the program included study of multimedia exposure to lead, air pollution impacts from paper mills, refineries and smelters. Other projects examined impacts to Acid Rain and Climate Change from man-made and natural emissions of gases.
