Have been a part of multiple advisory engagements in progressive roles and assisted more than 35 organizations in aligning their project/service management and engineering processes to leading model practices in domains such as software development, electro-mechanical, business process outsourcing, market research services and insurance. Have provided advisory services to clients based on models and frameworks such as CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SVC, ITIL, PCMM and Six Sigma including training, gap analysis, project management of process improvement engagements, pre-assessment reviews for internal organizational process improvements as well as for appraisals.

As a Consultant in the SPI Practice under the Risk Advisory Services, I was responsible for Delivery and Business Development of CMMI / PCMM / Six Sigma and other services.

As a Quality Analyst, I was responsible for CMMI Level3 Process Definition and Implementation across Software an Electromechanical Groups. Played the role of Metrics Analyst and worked towards developing Metrics Collection Infrastructure in the organization.

Worked towards CMMI Level 5 Initiative. Defined Processes and provided Implementation support to Software and Development and Maintenance Projects.
