I am working as Salesforce delivery lead for large SI transformation program for mid-size private Bank in India. I have helped to drive this program to build new digital CRM platform which enables Bank with Origination, Onboarding, Cross-Sell/Up-Sell and Customer Servicing platform. As part of this program, we have also built new Credit Card onboarding platform, Collection platform and Corporate Lending.As part of this program, I have successfully driven, DevOps, Test automation and strong agile practices. This program is helping client drive new generation capabilities built on scalable de-coupled platform build on Salesforce and MuleSoft.

I have worked location lead for Mumbai region and was heading delivery for multiple clients from North America, Europe and Japan during this time including India geography. As part of my role, I was deeply involved in leading a lending transformation program where we have built a new platform for retail and SME loans for large NBFC. In addition to this responsibility, I was focusing on growing Salesforce practice at Mumbai, through lateral hiring, training and certification program. As part of my role areas of focus was complex SI delivery based on modern IT practices like agile, DevOps and test automation. His specialization includes BFSI clients where he is helping client to accelerate their digital journeys by rapidly transforming platform of engagement – Origination, Onboarding, Customer Servicing, Collection. Ajay is Senior Manager in Accenture Service Limited and worked on diverse portfolio of clients across utilities transmission and distribution. There was significant footprint of Oracle Utilities System Integration and Application Outsourcing projects, where he has led offshore delivery. During this tenure he has also setup Oracle Utilities factory and offered 1:n model for multiple clients. The span of control includes 200+ resources catering to clients from NA and Europe. His technical expertise includes Oracle Utilities, Oracle SOA integration, test automation and DevOps.

Ajay has worked as project manager for multiple engagements across NA and Europe. This includes clients like ENEL Endessa,,Hartford Insurance and Green Mountain Energy. As part of my role, I have managed end to end life cycle of complex engagement and ensured smooth delivery from offshore.I have worked on technologies like Siebel, Oracle Utilities, Integration and custom applications.

I have worked as Associate manager for large Insurance engagement who were doing upgrade of their existing Siebel application to new Siebel application.

I was working as Team lead and was managing a team of 20+ developer offshore. Prior to that i was onshore in UK and US for due deligence and design phase for large Utilities and Insurance client.
