Help Fellows set short- and long-term goals for their development and their student's progress through regular feedback on their teaching and leadership practices using observations, coaching cycles, and reflections.Creating a strong team culture by developing a positive, productive culture among Fellows, and supporting their transition from Fellows to alumni focused on educational equity.Design and facilitate training through collaboration in designing training sessions for Fellows in various areas such as leadership and pedagogy and plan activities like excursions and team-building events to foster growth.Stakeholder management by building and maintaining strong relationships with head teachers, community leaders, education boards, and parents and serving as the liaison between placement schools and Teach For Nigeria.Engaged in Data-driven coaching helps Fellows use student data to improve teaching strategies, collect and analyze data to assess Fellows' contributions to student outcomes conduct satisfaction surveys, and facilitate reflection sessions to assess progress.Support in challenging conditions, assist Fellows in adapting to rural and low-income schools ensuring they have the resources and skills to significantly impact student achievement. Collaboration also by working closely with other coaches to share best practices and address challenges collectively and partner with the leadership development team to evaluate progress and continuously improve coaching strategies.
