Responsible for Business Transformation programs for the customers.1. This was program for setting up IT application in SAP, Salesforce to enable the business to be hived off as part of sale. This included setting up new configuration to enable the users of the hived off business to work in the system as a separate entity. The project had a aggressive deadline and dependencies on business functions to setup new entities across the globe. The geographical scope for the project included 26 countries.2. This transformation project was for a Large retail manufacturer of innerwear and activewear for Pilot implementation of S4 HANA template for their activewear business unit North America region and further rollout to other business units across other geographies. This was an S4 Fashion implementation with SAP BTP as the sole middleware platform for S4 Integration. All the legacy applications and partner processes were integrated to S4 HANA using the BTP Integration Suite. The support model was established and stabilized post Pilot Go-live along with build for the phase-2 of the program.
