I am Ajay Jain, founder of Habitat Design & Arts, which has grown to become one of Noida's top design and build firms since 2009. Our excellence was recognized when we received the "Best Design & Build Firm" award from Times Research, presented by cricket legend Kapil Dev. Over my 25-year career, I have successfully handled more than 1800 projects and served over 750 clients. My commitment to systematized, process-driven approaches has made Habitat Design & Arts renowned for timely delivery in the industry. I am also associated with Kingsmen, a leading Singapore-based firm specializing in retail interiors, exhibitions, events, and museum projects. As the Director of their Indian operations, I play a pivotal role in strategic planning and key decision-making.Early recognition fueled my passion for learning and innovation, leading me to successfully complete a B.Arch degree from the esteemed DCRUST Murthal. To stay at the forefront of my field, I have also pursued multiple customized courses focused on multiple aspects of business operations.After graduating in Architecture, I set out on a career marked by rapid growth, achieving an average annual growth of 40% over a decade while in job. Not only I worked with renowned companies like Inox Group, Bata India Ltd, and Future Group, but I also had the privilege of working on prestigious projects like interiors of the Five Star Hotel "Grand Palace Srinagar," the construction of the Five Star Health SPA "Ananda" in Narendra Nagar near Rishikesh, and "The Park" Hotel in Hyderabad. My experience also includes managing the execution of the Children's Gallery in the Bihar Museum in Patna, one of India's largest museum projects.My professional journey has been enriched while working with top international design firms such as SOM (USA), YSA (Norway), Enersave (Canada), Chandu Chadha (Hong Kong), and Lord Cultural Resources (Canada). Beyond my professional endeavors, I am deeply committed to social causes. As a member of Rotary Club Noida, I have held various leadership positions, including Club President, under which the club received multiple awards for its impactful initiatives.My extensive research on project execution delays has culminated in a forthcoming book titled "Gentrify," where I share innovative strategies for efficient and rapid execution of corporate projects.I am always eager to connect with like-minded professionals and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
