Directly reporting to CEO & BU Head responsible for HR (Hire to retire) with additional responsibilities of managing CSR, Vigilance, Security & Admin function of entire business. HR digitalisation - HRIS, Payroll, PMS, L&D & Employees self service portal/ mobile app. 3. Policy frame-working, integrating mother units policies for joint venture company. 4. Was heading the HR function of a mid size manufacturing unit at Faridabad, and was lead to T&D activities for north India’s both Faridabad and Dharuhera plants. More focused upon strengthening IR, ER, Engagement, Legal, Statutory Compliance and general administration processes. To deal with CITU affiliated decades old registered trade union. Closely worked with the Plant Director - North India and HR Director -APAC to close long pending union settlement. Have taken up L&D function’s responsibilities from Jan 2020 and kept the learning activities continue during Covid time using virtual and remote platforms. Also was a key member of the team working on various cost reduction and value optimization projects including restructuring, human capability optimization, merging of the functions etc.
