Communication with the International Buyer & Customer (Middle-east Market,US Market, Russia Market, and Local Market )• Prepare Presentations In Adobe Photoshop Software.• Providing Design Concepts & getting approval from customers.• Preparing the pre-costing (Approx quotations) of the product before thefinalization of the product.• Receiving purchase orders from customers.• Order the tags in Edata2 Portal when we received the order.• Getting production orders to get an order confirmation with the customer.• Preparing & issuing work orders using the DSS package, Microsoft BusinessSolution- Navision, EMR (Software) & Dias-park ERP (Software).• Follow up with production planning & control as well as with all the relatedproduction departments.• Getting meetings done with the production team and getting issues & problemssolved related to product or design.• Check the quality of the final piece before export.• Checking model after completion as per customer requirement.• Preparing export documents & submitting same to EXIM Department for notingat MMTC Office (Custom Office).• Checking Parcels received from the customer for Diamonds, Metal-moulds, Live samples,Silver models as per the invoice received.• Sending Customer Export Details:1. Export Invoice Copy - Airway Bill Copy - Certificate of Origin Copy.2. Detailed Cost Break–Up (Final Spec-sheet) (Ms - Excel).(Gold Cost + Diamond Cost + Labor + Finishing Cost = F.O.B)• Sending Customer Cost Card & discussing the price-point with the customer.• Update the Payment Status and follow overdue payments with the customer.• Prepare all profit & Loss & Stock On Hand Reports.• Prepare the Projection orders for the Inventory.
