Strong experience in Marketing Bench Consultants (US citizens, Green Card, EAD, OPT and H1B Sales). Strong exposure in coordinating with Bench Consultants and understanding their skill and expertise area and getting the requirements as per their comfortability.• Responsible for full life cycle Sales, qualifying by phone, setting up technical phone screens, coordinating face to face interviews, providing work history, reference checks• Utilization of job boards like Dice, Monster, corp2corp,carrier builder etc for finding the right jobs• Negotiate contract terms with vendors.• Establish and maintain a good relationship with the employees, vendors and the clients• Achieving the framed business target within the stipulated time• Responsible for getting PO and Master Agreements signed by Vendors/ Clients.• Getting new Vendor Contacts. Making tie-ups with Prime Vendors/Clients.• Responsible for marketing our own bench consultants for jobs • Maintaining consultants hot list and send this Hot list to various clients/vendors.• Post the resumes on portals and search jobs on portals with related skill set of theconsultants.• Call the vendors/ clients and inform them regarding our consultant’s hot list and take theircontact details.• Negotiate the hourly rates with vendors.• Keep in touch with Vendors/clients regarding the feedback and update the consultants,responsible for the interview schedules, coordinate with consultants and Vendor/clients.• Head hunting the requirements from the personal references.

• Experienced with full cycle of Sales, submitting the consultants, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.• Ability to interact, develop Vendor network and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time.• Experience working with US citizens, GC, H1B, EAD and OPT preferred.• Gathering requirements for consultants from Tier-1 Vendors of clients, Job portals and other networking techniques.• Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up regarding the rates and client interviews.• Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them.• Excellent negotiation skills.• Excellent knowledge of Job Portal searches on the likes of Monster, Career Builder, Dice, etc.• Knowledge of Corp-to-Corp, 1099, W2
