 Collaborate with business leaders/hiring managers to understand the business and hiring needs. Discuss and agree on the skill requirement & selection process. Understand the need of the hiring manager clearly. Discuss with hiring manager and technical interview panel and get clarified on the JD in case of any gap. Understand the business requirement and come up with strategy to fill requirements. Sourcing and screening quality profiles from various source (Naukri.com, LinkedIn) as per job specification and sharing the same with hiring manager for his/her review. Coordinating phone interview / F2F interview as per schedule. Work as a talent advisor, In case of taking lot of time to identify right talent, Suggest hiring manager to conduct walk-in drive or to approach internal employee for reference or follow other ways, as a part of process improvement to close the position ASAP. Work closely with vendors who support on hiring for KPMG Global Services. HR interview and salary negotiation and Strong candidate engagement skills in assessing the candidate ensuring higher joining rate. Tag the offer in the system and manage post offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless onboarding.
