Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensuring that admission decisions align with institutional policies, regulations, and ethical standards, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.3. Communication: Providing information and guidance to prospective students and their families regarding admission requirements, application procedures, and available resources.4. Recruitment and Outreach: Developing and implementing strategies to attract and engage prospective students, including participation in recruitment events, high school visits, and college fairs.5. Collaborative Efforts: Working closely with other departments such as financial aid, academic advising, and registrar's office to coordinate the admissions process smoothly and address any student inquiries or concerns.
