It manages, operates and maintains production facilities on behalf of clients.Contribution: - Installation of Mechanical structures & equipment involved in cement manufacturing process covering the following major activities: 1. Explaining the installation procedure to client and Installation Company. 2. Planning of man power and tools required for installation along with schedule for installation. 3. Continuous monitoring of job quality and progress rate, at site. 4. Incorporation of modifications emerged due to site conditions, mostly as per provided drawings but sometimes as per requirement at site. 5. Updating higher management of client with the reasons causing the project delay, along with actions to be taken in order to reduce the down time. 6. Preparation of protocols for precision jobs. 7. Management Information Systems Documentation:  Preparation of technical reports  Preparation of Executive summary reports  Preparation of weekly planning reports  Preparation of weekly progress report  Preparation of claim and damage reports 8. Commissioning of equipment’s involved in cement manufacturing process, covering the following major activities:  Thorough inspection of all the installation activities at site as per drawing and protocols.  Modifications in installation activities if required at site from the process point of view.  Direction trials of all the drives and ensuring the safety precautions of all drives and instruments. Individual and group trials of various equipment.  Involved in the mechanical and electrical jobs with the sub suppliers team for the commissioning of various equipments.

Worked as a Mechanical Engineer ‘Installation & Commissioning’ and have successfully completed the following projects:- Project 1: Project of grinding unit at Abidjan, Cote D'Ivoire, Africa. This site has a grinding unit with vertical roller mill supplied by M/s Loesche LM 63.3+3 CS of 360 t/h capacity. It consisted of four cement silos, packing plant with 3 packers and loading conveyors, two clinker silos, Belt conveyors and Raw material shed. Project 2: Project of Sitarail, Clinker Transport system at Abidjan, Cote D’Ivoire, Africa. This site has Belt conveyors, two clinker hoppers ( 250 tons each) and truck and train loading spouts. Responsibilities with Intercem include the following:  Supervision of Installation and commissioning of equipments and instruments for Cement Silos.  Supervision of Installation and commissioning of Bucket Elevators.  Supervision of installation and commissioning of Packing Plant. Supervision of installation and commissioning of Compressors and compressed air pipeline for whole plant.  Supervision of Installation and commissioning of Belt conveyors and bag filters.  Supervision of Installation and commissioning of Auxiliaries.  Preparation of technical reports.  Preparation of Executive summary reports.  Preparation of weekly planning reports.  Preparation of weekly progress report.
