Project Title – Project Readiness Financing Loan for Infrastructure Development of Industrial Estates in Tripura. (Project Design and Management Consultant)Main Project Features: This project involves development of industrial estates/areas that have been provided with basic infrastructure facilities based on a gap analysis of all the 15 industrial estates. The infrastructure components to be covered such as water treatment plants including raw and treated water quality, treatment plants, iron removal plants, storage (overhead/ underground reservoir) & water supply network, pumping station/systems, metering system etc. And road connectivity, boundary walls, electricity connectivity, gas lines, industrial sheds, solid waste management plants, effluent treatment plants, telecom network, CCTV cameras and private security, administrative facilities, guest house, fire station, police station, multi-modal logistic parks, transportation and trade facilitation centre, pre-processing/primary collection centre and processing units, integrated Packhouse/ Cold storage, integrated industrial parks, border centres integrated with land transport gateway/ integrated check post–ICP, etc.

Structural design of WTP components.Review of structural designs submitted by the contractor. Planning and supervising geotechnical investigations. Ensuring the construction activities are implemented as per design on field.Support in resolving contractual issues.Co-ordination with external agencies, clients, architects & consultants for design approvals for execution & obtaining on-time clearances. Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output. Participating in project review meetings for tracking project progress & de-bottlenecking
