Ajay is responsible for overall strategy and growth of the company. He is mostly involved in working with customers in defining vision and approach to scale enterprises. He also mentors the internal team and takes an active interest in the individual development of every team member. He is also actively involved in KVP Foundation and CSR activities.

As a sales and marketing lead, Ajay was responsible for building and driving large Aerospace customers relationship across North American market. In this role he was responsible to drive joint ventures, promote strategic global product development initiatives and offshore center development. Prior to sales, Ajay was leading brand building, marcom and was involved in various strategic initiatives to scale business.

At Wipro, Ajay was a part of marketing group based at head quarters responsible for corporate brand management for Wipro enterprise solutions and services across India and APAC, Middle East and Australia. During this role he was also a part of core team driving Wipro's foray into APAC and Middle East markets.

On deputation from Pentafour at IBM to manage sales of IBM AS/400 and RS/6000 across banking and manufacturing verticle.Moved on to sales of application for manufacturing (ERP) and banking applications.
