* Designed and developed the Moto Care service backend on Google cloud platform to provide device analytics and usage based recommenders to Motorola call center agents. Interfaced with customer support, product management, engineering and network operations teams for successful launch.• Lead design and development of an end-to-end solution to deliver software updates for Motorola accessories. As part of the solution designed and developed a content delivery client SDK with the goal to ease development for other clients of the content delivery platform.• Lead design, development and integration of several of the Motorola’s Android based cloud clients such as software update client, device management client, instrumentation client, and the core cloud connect application. Worked with offshore team providing technical oversight and directions.• Designed and implemented API layer in the cloud client application, which provided services like identity, access, single sign on and cloud based settings to other Motorola apps.• Managed development, testing and integration of the software update installer (recovery) module on Motorola devices. Project: Software Integration testing for Vocoder Processing Unit- The Vocoder processing unit was a network component of the Motorola’s 3G CDMA network solution. I was involved in developing test cases and developing test automation tools. Also served as a L1 triage person for issues related to Vocoder Processing Project: DoCoMo USA core IP network trial - The DoCoMo USA core IP network trial consisted of developing, and testing Mobile IPv4 implementation on FreeBSD OS in the initial phase. In later phases, I was involved in the implementation of the Data Gateway to validate data access while in remote network.Project: Developing a prototype soft switch for NTT DoCoMo trial • This project involved development of the J2EE based soft switch implementing the open Parlay API. I used the Parlay Call Control APIs to implement various features such as Basic Call, Calling Line ID and Call Forwarding and other components of the Feature Server including Feature Arbitrator, Framework, and Subscriber Management System.
