Building quantitative congressional analysis tools to help clients better plan and implement legislative strategies

-Built a hierarchical metadata structure of UC San Diego’s HVAC systems for over twenty campus buildings and wrote algorithms to optimize energy usage-Developed an email notification system to inform Facilities management of energy efficiency issues-Tested OSISoft beta pre-release data analysis software and presented findings at OSISoft headquarters near Oakland, CA – presentation broadcast remotely to OSISoft offices internationally-Coauthored research paper “Improving Building Energy Efficiency by Optimizing Data Usage from Existing HVAC Systems”
