- Co-ordinating with the banks in terms of transfers, payments, FOLs, compliance, KYC updates, online banking and any other enquires,- Looking over 195 shops & Stockrooms/warehouse lease agreements and provide feedback to real estate, legal department and top management on the financial aspects, ad hoc reports/financial analysis of rent simulation/savings,- Validating and processing rental, TOR, and NER payments for all the active leases as per the applicable payment terms in a timely manner,- Processing all the payments requested by various departments in the local office and assisting SSC with supplier reconciliations, validation credit notes, royalty invoices and reporting major issues to FC which might impact the business,- Applying, cancelling, and amending the corporate credit cards as per the company requirements. Overlooking the monthly payments, and assisting the card holders with technical issues as well as re-filling the E-wallets on a timely manner,- Preparing non WPS salary transfers (cash cheques, C3, No Labour card,Pension) and co-ordinating with HR, Payroll, and shared service team for timely process of transfers,- Checking the supplier reconciliations and advising SSC to deduct the credit notes whenever available and communicating to the malls for the refund of deposits for the closed units, bookings of rent reliefs and capex contributions,- Assisting in filing of VAT and process tax payments via bank transfers/CC,- Booking of prepaid rental payments in line with the contracts and other rent provisions as required. Overlooking the bookings of bank charges (O/D interests, LG/LC commission) at random done by the ABS for accuracy.- Preparation of payment reports, financial analysis of rent simulation/savings, cash flow forecasts; cash proceeds and contingencies as and when required by the management.- Overlooking, assisting, and supporting the team when required. Assisting auditors on interim and annual audit visits.

- Responsible for all the foreign supplier payments as per the payment terms- Arrange required fund transfers for the EUR deals through wire transfers, manual TT.- Reconciliation of supplier accounts to have proper control and avoid delays in payments.- Review and process accounting requests and pro forma invoices for advance payments.- Responsible for all the rental payments (retail shops, apartments, warehouses)- Reconciliation of bank accounts and Inter-company balances for timely settlements.- Arrange funds for loan payments and validate the interests as per the standard EIBOR/LIBOR rates.- Validation and booking of all the bank charges (O/D interests, LG/LC commission) and handle all bankissues related to unaccounted receipts/payments.- Preparation of payment reports, cash flow forecasts as and when required by the management.- Book in month end provisions.- Assisting auditors on interim and annual audit visits.

- Process ledger and booking entries of sales figures according to stated procedures for effective Recording of transactions in a timely and accurate manner.- Identify, investigate and rectify errors and anomalies in input data to ensure reliable financial data.- Monitor procedural compliance of monetary data by shop personnel to ensure that all systems are adhered to in support of the achievement of business objectives.- Analyse ledgers, accounts and reconciliation of financial data so that statutory reports can be producedwithin legislative time limits- Provide monthly reports to the Regional Team on a timely manner such that the data are accurate andreliable- Co-ordination with inter departments on amendments and absence of documents.

- Reconciliation of daily cash credit cards collections and the sales of the stores.- Sales Reporting to management on daily basis.- Investigate till discrepancies and report to management for further action.- Petty Cash reconciliation and settlements.- Disbursement cash salary and co-ordinate with payroll for any discrepancy in salary of the staffs.- To visit the stores and perform spot checks on regular basis to ensure the security and safety of cash,stocks and the premises in order to minimise the losses and incident.
