• Achieve daily review targets with accuracy & meeting the SLAs defined
• Identify gaps and area of opportunities in the process followed and suggest ways to fix them
• Identify areas of opportunity for improving campaign performance via various metrics such as organic traffic, bounce rate and impressions
• Give constructive feedback on errors marked and suggest ways of improvement
• Document the feedback & analyze error trends for analysts; accordingly suggest refreshers for product training
