In my current role, I am responsible for coordinating for Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial (HFC) Network/FTTH Deployment, Operation & Maintenance of OFC Overhead and Underground Networks, Customer Installation and Fault Repairs, Service Delivery for Enterprise Customers, Availability, Capacity management & Monitoring for bandwidth up-gradation for Networks. I have successfully implemented wireless for long distance & high throughput to cater to retail & corporate customers in non-feasible areas. I have also contributed to the setup and stabilization of the Pune call center with the vendor, and involved in migration of In-house call center to Managed services model. As part of the core team, I was involved in the migration and rollout of Docisis-3 and Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial (HFC) in Pune, PCMC, and Hadapsar area. I have been involved in coordinating, preparing, and completing DOT & TRAI audits.
