• Account Management – For Oral B and Old Spice (Proctor & Gamble).• Managing artwork creation and reprographics for global regions. • Attending project planning meetings at clients site in Geneva. • Brand Management – Ensuring standards are kept to brand guidelines in line with KPI's.• Sample production. Commissioning production samples from both internal and external suppliers.

• Account Management - End-to-end client management from quote production to delivery.• Estimating - Taking briefs from clients and providing quotes for work. • Delivery - Liaising closely with Account Managers / Account Directors to ensure clients requirements are met.• Customer Care - Dealing with client queries and providing resolutions.

• Account Management – Taking design briefs or suggesting graphic design solutions for clients. This includes advising clients on materials and production techniques. • Exhibition Management and Design – Planning exhibition fits and stand layouts by producing scaled CAD plans and 3D representations. Organizing artwork/production for graphic panels and preparing logistics for stand builds and breakdowns. • New Business – Working with new clients to ensure our services are needed in the future. • Production Management – Managing a daily schedule to ensure all jobs are managed according to a daily schedule and deadlines are met. Tackling issues that may arise and finding solutions.• Deliveries - POS campaigns, FSDU's, large format signage, exhibition stands and displays, vehicle livery, small format literature, full colour brochures, bespoke design and fabrication of metal and plastic POS units, organising fittings and delivery
