Current• Profile development and preparing job descriptions with partnering of hiring managers.• Coordinating with business manages for hiring requisition and prerequisites approvals.• Organizing campus drives and walk in drives for bulk recruitments.• Preparing strategy & managing end to end recruitment process. • Job posting and screening profiles from different job boards i.e. Naukri, LinkedIn & Indeed etc.• Managing vendors for employment, court check, drug test verifications.• Responsible for vendor agreements, work allocation, task closer, invoicing and billing.• Promoting employee referral program and internal job promotions.• Responsible for salary negotiation, offer & appointment Rollo out.• Maintaining MIS and preparing monthly, quarterly & annual performance dashboards.• Coordination with HR operations & admin team for smooth onboarding process.• Maintenance of employee files and records.• Various policy formulation and implementing.• Market analysis on salary bench marking and attrition control strategy.• Implementation and execution of ATS.• Team management and development.
