As a Junior Engine Officer at Valles Steamship Company Limited, I am building on the solid foundation I gained during my B.Tech in Marine Engineering at Tolani Maritime Institute (TMI), where I specialized in marine propulsion systems and maintenance. My education also includes multiple certifications in oil and chemical tanker cargo operations, security training, and STCW, which have equipped me with the essential skills and knowledge for my role.In my previous role at Gearbulk, I acquired valuable hands-on experience by collaborating with a team of engineers and technicians to perform routine inspections, repairs, and overhauls of various machinery and equipment on board vessels. This experience allowed me to apply my technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the ship.Now, as a Junior Engineer, I am eager to continue learning and advancing my skills in the marine industry.
