With over 38 years of hands-on experience in the fashion business, I am a seasoned entrepreneur and a leader in the fashion accessories and leather goods industry. I have been a leather goods and fashion accessories maker for over 25 years, now employing over 2,000 people and exporting to various international markets. Prior to this I also successfully ran a buying office for 16 years, representing several apparel giants such as The Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, J. Crew, Liz Claiborne, Donna Karan, Ralph Lauren, and more.As the Managing Director and CEO of Tritan Works Pvt. Ltd. and BPS Accessories Pvt. Ltd., I am responsible for business strategy, marketing and talent acquisition in addition to overseeing the entire operations of both companies, from product development and design, to manufacturing, merchandising, sourcing, branding, and quality control. I have a strong background in accounting and commercial laws, as a Fellow Chartered Accountant (F.C.A.) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. I also have a passion for product innovation, problem solving, and new business development.
