I provide IT support for small to mid-size businesses, troubleshooting issues regarding computers, servers, workstations, networking equipment, and phone systems. I troubleshoot issues remotely and on-site, depending on the customer's needs. I also provide installation services in existing construction, as well as assisting with wiring and setup in new construction. This includes low-voltage cabling rough-in, testing and termination, wiring closet organization and setup, as well as fiber optic splicing and termination. I communicate on-site with our subcontractors, the customer, and the general contractor to determine issues and necessary changes, in order for company management to make the best possible decisions in these matters.

We take contracts from the marketing departments of consumer electronics manufacturers and developers (i.e., Samsung, Sony, Panasonic, Toshiba, Google, Intel) etc. as well as from the corporate offices of retail chains, and fulfill these contracts at the local store levels.
