Experience through the years has been interesting during projects ranging from the construction of Lucas Oil Stadium to infrastructure improvement projects in the City of Indianapolis to rehabilitation of the downtown of Arlington Heights, Illinois. Included have been malls, offices, public infrastructure projects in a variety of locations, to name a few. The variety of skills developed has included contract negotiation, contract management, estimating project finances, project management, project engineering, communication, various software, quality assurance and quality control, acting as liaison with the owner, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and internal departments on a variety of matters. At this time my goal is finding a position that will utilize the developed skills with opportunities to expand those and develop others, while at work for a company that has survived the past several years and is willing to work together to keep things overall interesting, pleasurable, yet profitable and fair.
