Provided project management support for 3 programs in the office of Democracy and Governance (DG) focused on Transparency, Civil Society, Violence Prevention, and Citizen Security. This included:-- Reviewing quarterly reports and budget tracking of IMPACTOS ($10 million), a transparency and youth violence prevention contract with Counterpart International-- Budget oversight, modifications, and implementation coordination for CEPPS ($10 million), an electoral process and systems reform contract with International Federation of Electoral Systems and the National Democratic Institute to provide support during the country’s contentious 2013 elections--Monitoring and improving program indicators for a Cooperative Agreement with UNDP thataddressed youth violence, municipal governance, and improving the national registry systemDesigned a $10 million Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning program for the Mission’s 2015-2019 Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS)Received Meritorious Honor Award from the State Department for my work on the Mission’s 4-year monitoring and evaluation strategyProduced a comparative analysis of the 5 national, regional, and US government strategies for Honduras to improve coordination of inter-agency and bilateral government supportDeveloped monitoring plans and reviewed Quarterly Reports to measure progress and impact of programs
