- Provides operational support to Global Markets- Ensures all payments are transacted in a timely manner, attend to the needs of customers utilizing Foreign Exchange- Conducts extensive research on payment related issues or concerns: Unable to apply, beneficiary non- receipt, amendments, payment cancellation, AML compliance, status of outward payments.

- Provides all client services and operational support to the Singapore Retail and Wealth operations. - Ensure the accuracy, accountability and productivity for, and its business partners through the thorough and consistent verification of process outputs. - Exercise sound judgment in approvals of qualified exceptions in escalated transactions - Oversee.

- Performs daily, weekly, and monthly fund reconciliation for all complex, standard and simple funds.- Investigates cash and asset variances between custody systems and the accounting system on a daily basis. - Ensures completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of funds reconciliation for NAV computation prior to release. - Assist in fund servicing to deliver.
