I have been involved in M&A due diligence, analyzing the tax implications of potential mergers and acquisitions, and post-merger integrations, ensuring seamless integration of tax systems and compliance.At CM.com, we are committed to driving innovation and staying ahead of the curve in the tax landscape. As the Lead Tax, I manage the Tax team. The tax team is responsible for tax compliance and is shaping our tax strategy and ensuring that we utilize tax technology to streamline our processes and stay compliant with regulations.
