From 2012 to 2015, he was Vice Chairman and President of Staffing 360 Solutions (Nasdaq: STAF), an international staffing company which he founded in Q1 2012. STAF is executing a global rollup strategy focused on acquisition of specialty staffing companies ranging from IT Consulting to Financial Services. From his founding of the company through 12.31.14, Staffing completed 5 material acquisitions resulting in a global organization with approximately 3000 employees and generating over $140 million in annualized revenues.In January, 2015, Mr. Cervantes resumed his full time activities as CEO of Trilogy Capital, Group a successful boutique private equity group engaged in the development of a series of public company verticals which acquires U.S. companies pursuant to a sector rollup strategy. Trilogy commenced operations in 2002.In 2017, through Trilogy Capital, he formed Bonne Sante' Group, Inc., a consolidation model in the nutraceutical Health & Wellness sector executing serial accretive acquisitions. Following the acquisition of Doctors Scientific Organica, a prominent nutritional food company based in Riviera Beach FL, Bonne Sante' Group changed its name to Smart for Life, Inc. Smart for Life completed its IPO on February 18, 2022 and is listed under the Nasdaq symbol SMFL.In January 2024, through Trilogy Capital, he formed and launched Cyber A.I. Group, Inc. Cyber A.I. Group, Inc., a company engaged in the acquisition and management of domestic and international Cybersecurity and IT consulting firms. The Company’s initial target is to acquire multiple companies representing aggregate annualized revenues of $100 million. CyberAI’s business model is focused on the acquisition and consolidation of IT consulting companies. This emphasis on conventional companies with strong revenues and cash flow distinguishes CyberAI from the explosion of A.I. startups that may be pinning their future on a single technological breakthrough, which may never materialize.
