About Ajda Makar

Throughout my university, I found my passion in working with different people and was always fascinated with the diverse insights that each person can offer. Companies combine different employees, leaders and other partners so I found them to be a great starting point for putting my knowledge of psychology and people behaviour in practice. No wonder I was immediately attracted to the HR community!I feel right at home when sharing and gaining knowledge, learning new skills, offering psychological support and helping develop better, more innovative and efficient ways of working. There is a great competitive advantage in companies that are people-oriented and promote their values inside out. I believe that only by accepting business and organisational changes as a constant and being able to adopt new practices, companies can be and stay successful.
