Ajdin was born in Bosnia and Herzegovina where he also attended the primary school. Because of the Bosnian war that took place in Bosnia and Herzegovina between 1992 and 1995, Ajdin was forced to leave his homeland and fled in 1994 to the Netherlands.In the years after Ajdin completed his Bachelor of Business Administration and Strategic Accountmanagement at Erasmus University and started in 2003 his business career. Ajdin is a passionate and ambitious personality with a high level of perseverance, who builds intensive relationships with mid-corporate executives.
